Who I Am

I am a tax attorney with over 10 years of experience, specializing in Transactional Tax. I have advised on complex transactions at Sullivan & Cromwell, White & Case, and Caplin & Drysdale.

I advise domestic and multinationals companies as well as high-net-worth individuals on M&A, financings, restructurings, tax planning and cross-border matters

My work has earned recognition in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Tax Law, and my docket has ranged from structuring cross-border acquisitions to drafting policy‐shaping comment letters on U.S. tax reform.

My goal is to deliver Big-Law quality federal tax counsel at rates that make sense for start-ups, founders, growth-stage and established companies.
